Okay i wrote a review for mos def's new album the Ecstatic but apparently along the way i infringed on some copyright so bogspot pulled the entire post and not just the offending link. So here's the quick rundown of the album in point form.
*There is never going to be another Black Star album so get over it.
*Mos Def is back on point with his BK swagger.
*Better Than the disappointing True Magic and the New Danger
*Production by Oh No, Madlib, Dilla, Chad Hugo, Perseverance and Mr Flash
*Mos is one the few people taking hip hop forward in 09
*Slick Rick is on this album. Slick Rick people what more do i need to say !
*Learn to save drafts on hard disk before publishing.
*Mos is good
*Infringing copyright is bad

been loving that slick rick appearance on this album, it took me by surprise as i had not researched the album at all then bam! Definately feeling the Quiet dog track too!
