Low Profile

Okay im going to blow my hip hop credentials here and say how the first time i'd heard of Dj Aladdin was on the Scratchcon 2000 video where he's so drunk when he gets on stage he blows his routine and eventually has to be escorted off stage by two big security guys. But not before he makes it clear to everyone about how he feels about a certain gang from LA.
Anyway way before that DJ Alladin and WC (of mad circle fame) were in a group called Low Profile that put out an album around 1989 called Were' In This Together. Fast forward a few years to when i was buying a few records off DJ MLYK( Record collector, DJ and well rounded nice guy) he slipped this one in as a freebie. Suffice to say i was blown away by the production, Rhymes and Dj Aladdin's cuts. This is West Coast rap at its finest check it out and see why Aladdin was such a role model to Q-Bert and the Pickles.
